STAY ACTIVE
REASONS TO STAY ACTIVE:
Exercise increases your overall health and your sense of well-being. Exercising also has direct de-stressing benefits. Physical activity helps to increase the production of your brain's endorphins, or feel-good neurotransmitters. Fast-paced activities can make you forget about the day's irritations and concentrate only on your body's movements. You may find that focusing on exercise results in higher levels of energy and optimism. Lastly, regular exercise can improve your sleep which further reducing anxiety and stress levels.
"Challenge yourself with caution. Set attainable goals. Find a friend to workout with. Change your routine. Exercise in increments."
